T-shirt designs are set and most everyone has all the sizes in. Bill will put the order in a few weeks before we leave. The shirts are for everyone to wear on June 23rd (travel day)
Please check with your dentist for donation of toothbrushes and toothpaste (travel size) most of these items are given to dentist for free by the reps
Lice Shampoo- We have received the last of the shampoo from Qualis as they will be going out of the business. We will take all that we received to Honduras
Cell phone and Printer cartridge donations for WGO. Several weeks ago I received an email from WGO to get these items for the Brigade House fund raiser. We decided to pass on this as others are already collecting these items to raise funds.
Pill packing and packing dates. Scheduled Thursday June 14 and 21 at 6:30 at the church to pack and weigh trunks.
I will check into resources to help pack the vitamins in packages of 30 with labels.
Continue to check for pill counters.
Bill will check into getting more trunks for taking supplies to Honduras
Quilts- We will have approximately 50-60 quilts to take that will be made by members of the church. Would like to take more pictures of the quilts for those who made them.
Concrete- Bill will purchase working gloves and tarps and powder Gatorade for the concrete work.
May 20th (Sunday) is the bake sale. Please make items for the bake sale and package them for sale. Please make a note if the item has nuts. Items can be dropped of Saturday night at the church. Leave them in the Kitchen and leave a note they are for the bake sale.
Final Payment is due June 15th. Approximately $700. Hopefully we will have sufficient funds to cover the last payment and the t-shirts.
Hotel/ Dinner for June 22nd. I have made reservations at the County Inn and Suites (same place we stayed last year). The rates are higher due to the College World Series. All rooms have 2 queen beds. We can get 4 people per room. Will need to verify rooms by May 22nd so extra rooms can be released. We plan to arrive in Omaha around 6pm and eat at 7pm at Famous Dave’s or Old Chicago in the Old Market in Omaha. We will not be able to park our cars at the Hotel. I will check into possible options to park that will not have a cost.
On the return trip we will get in about 11:30-12:00. You can make arrangement on June 22nd at the hotel to stay on June 30th.
Vending machine is bringing in about $100 per week. I expect that to drop off as midweek and Sunday school are wrapping up soon.

Shots and passports. Passports should already be done. If you do not have one you may be running out of time to get one. Check with you doctor or local health board for shots.
Bill will get ribbon to mark all the bags and trunks to identify them in the airport.
